Overview of lung US

The following video provides a brief introduction to the practice of lung ultrasound in critical illness. Lung ultrasound is fast, non-invasive, non-ionizing, displays strong characteristics of diagnostic accuracy and requires a relatively simple ultrasound machine.

Lung ultrasound overview

This video tutorial will get you started with the basics of acquisition and interpretation of lung ultrasound. We will touch upon lung normology, pneumothorax detection and differentiation of respiratory failure.
